Modaks Desiccated Coconut is made from fresh, flavourful coconuts, finely shredded and dried so it is ready to use straight from the pack. Available in 100g, 200g, 500g and 1kg sizes.
Sprinkle it over cakes and cupcakes, fold it into biscuits, macaroons and tarts, roll truffles and lamingtons in it, or add it to curries, granola and muesli.
Choose the small pack for home baking or the 1kg pack for bakeries and caterers.
