Vanilla Essence
Modaks Vanilla Essence adds the warm, familiar flavour of vanilla to cakes, biscuits, custards, icings, milkshakes and desserts. Available in 50ml, 100ml, 500ml and 1 litre bottles, so it suits a home kitchen as well as a busy bakery.
A little goes a long way. Add a teaspoon to cake and biscuit batters, whipped cream, frostings and puddings.
